Lamps, TV's and monitors Recycling
Mercury has historically been used in light sources used not only as lamps to illuminate rooms, but also as light source in TV’s and monitors. Mercury has also been extensively used in batteries which are present in many of our daily used gadgets. When recycling material from items where Mercury is incorporated, depollution is necessary first before dismantling and reuse.

DISTILLING
The MRT Flat Panel Processing Technology (FPP Series, e. g. FPP60) is engineered for maximum safety of dismantling workers as well as ensuring highest efficiency in production.
The MRT Lamp Processing technology (LP Series, e. g. LP200) is adopted to the market change in lighting technology and provide solutions that will give the highest output value regardless of the mix of lamps. In January 2020 MRT also launched the brand new LP HVF Series for lamp processing at a new level generating even cleaner fractions and higher value.
Depending on substrate (size, moisture content, density etc) and volumes there are several options both with Batch Distillers (BPD) or Continuous Process Distillers (CPD). Batch distillers are suitable when you have either small volumes or a lot of different material requiring separate programs. If you have large volumes of material with high content of moisture and/or Mercury, MRT's latest BPD 1000 could be a viable option.
